Once you configure search engine accounts, you can organize keywords and rules for SEO analysis and reports by setting up reporting groups.

Access this option from the Search Engines/SEO section of the Site Administration Dashboard to manage reporting groups. This dialog displays a listing of registered reporting groups along with links to manage various properties.
In this dialog you can:
Click to sort by column head.
to display the SEO Administration Dashboard for viewing each of the terms in this keyword group and ranking details for each.
to view or change reporting group settings.
to view search engines configured for this reporting group.
displays the SEO Administration Dashboard for viewing keyword group members and the results of the last report.
to view or modify security settings for the keyword group. You can limit or extend rights to administer, assign, or manage SEO keywords and rules, and view reports.
Click Add Reporting Group at the bottom of the dialog to create a new group of keywords and criteria for reporting.
CommonSpot includes the Export to Excel option in multiple reports throughout the system so you can conveniently collect and distribute data for import into spreadsheets or other applications that accept comma-separated values. Click this option to display a table of all fields within the current report, then select the fields whose values you want to export and save in spreadsheet or CSV format. Selected fields automatically display as column heads in the CSV output. You also have the option to change column names on the fly to customize your reports.
